Let's Do Pizza - Magill

I discovered this place by driving past it one day with my Mother in the car.

This pizza place has been around for decades run by the same man for the entire time and is reported to be amongst the first pizza shops in Adelaide.

Ive been here twice. Each time ive tried 2 different vegan, family sized pizzas and i have to say, while ive had much worse pizzas in the past, im very disappointed that on both occasions, they were very stingy on the toppings. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke but on the second occasion i was here, i asked for artichokes to be added as an 'extra'. I took it home and was so annoyed. There were barely any. Im not going to pay for something to be added if youre gonna add a few measly pieces that you can barely see.Youve had 2 strikes. Youre out. Im sorry but you cannot charge people $26 for a family pizza that has very little topping. There are heaps of pizza joints around the eastern suburbs and i rather pay to eat somewhere else.

Good to see local pizza places recognise that there are more and more people choosing to go vegan, and eat gluten free. Lots of choice on the menu offering standard pizza combinations and a few gourmet combinations as well. The vegan cheese has the same consistency as mozzarella -freaky!

Friendly Staff, Fresh produce, They make their own pizza base that makes a big different to the pizza. Gluten free base available also.
