What Mac Dad doesn't like about Pin High Grille:
We ordered 4 london broil steaks and received 4 london broil steaks. However we were charged $40 extra for prime rib which is not even on the menu and which we did not and could not order. Management refused to make it right and charge correctly for what we ordered. Just about all restaurants would do the right thing since it was their error, but Pin High does not and stuck the customers with the incorrect overcharge... View all feedback. The Pin High Bar Grill continues to be our favorite once a week hangout. The food is very good, and the service led by Angie, Shannon, and Jennifer (great bartender) is superb. The comfortable seating and the peaceful and picturesque setting enhance the ambience of the restaurant without the need of being a large place. You can dine inside or outside.
