The fries were cold and rubbery,... read more I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've visited this location three times, and each time, my order has been incorrect. The fries were cold and rubbery, and the burger was equally disappointing on every occasion. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The food and service are both terrible.

I pres... read more I 'm really not one to write bad reviews, but this place is trash. The bathroom ks not kept up at all. Strong urine smell and cigarette butts everywhere. I presses the button to order and after 5 minutes it got cancelled. Went to a different stall and same result. Ordered on the app. After 30 minutes I had to call them to tell them about my order and they said it would be right out. I ordered 3 drinks, onion rings, 1 pretzel and 2 mozzerella sticks. Gave me 1 mozzerella stick and told me we ain 't got no onion rings. Didn 't even bother to replace it with something else or refund me that part of the order.

The staff is extremely rude... read more I wish there was an option for zero stars. This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes and still never got my food. The staff is extremely rude, racist, and have the worst attitudes. I don’t know how this dump is even in business anymore. Two different car hops came to my car asking if I’d ordered this or that (both times they were wrong) The cars with customers of similar skin color were served first and in a timely manner. The opposite situation for opposing skin colors. I witnessed a customer come up to the door and ask if it would be soon for his food to come out. The employee said “I was bringing it. This your food right here” and then customer “great can I have it?” And employee said “no you can wait.” And went back inside. I called the customer service number and got my order refunded and drove off because I’m not going to pay for bad service and cold food. I think it just comes down to low IQ and bad attitudes at this location. Do not come to this Sonic. It needs to be shut down.

Even when there are hardly any customers, it still take... read more I understand that this isn't a five-star fine dining establishment, but this place is consistently slow. Even when there are hardly any customers, it still takes 20 minutes to get your food. Compared to the Sonic locations in Brandon, Florence, and Richland, which are always quick and efficient, the Sonic in Magee is a different story. After waiting for 20 minutes, they finally brought out my order, but they got it wrong. Honestly, I feel like I should just go inside and make it myself. Oh, and to top it off, they were out of hamburger buns.
