W... read more Great experience in this restaurant! We were in a couple for a weekend in the region of Novotel des Maffliers and of course we have dinner in this restaurant. We took the total, entrance, dish, dessert, champagne and wines. It was fabulous... A gourmet but gourmet cuisine for an incomparable quality/price ratio. A homemade cuisine and for all tastes (potage, meat, fish... a small map but it shows that all products are fresh and well worked. The staff was in small care (a big thank you to Juliette for her goodness and professionalism and we even had the chance to discuss at the end of the meal with Chef Ulysses. I strongly recommend this restaurant in which we will return the eyes closed!
