I enjoyed the clams and then I had the merluza (hake) a la gallego. They were both really good. The albarino (sic) wine of the house was tasty and reasonably priced. I also enjoyed the crepe desserts--they were made fresh and were fantastic! O'Grelo is on the list for my next visit to Madrid and I recommend that you do the same.
