The... read more Initially, we ordered a 1.2 kg steak to share between the four of us. We were told it wasn’t available, so we were advised to order two entrecôtes instead. The entrecôte was full of thick white fat, which meant we could only eat about one-third of the meat. We mentioned this, but the gentleman said that’s how it’s supposed to be.
