Was Anonym at El 3 a mag?

What Anonym dislikes about El 3:
I was in El on an evening in the second week in July. I don't know if I was unlucky but I wasn't satisfied at all with either the service or the food. It took more than minutes for the waiter to take our order, another minutes to get the order itself, and when I asked for the check, I ended up going to the bar to pay for it as it was never delivered to me.
