Dstage is a brilliantly orchestrated experience that plays with your perceptions in the most masterful way. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted with a very warm and welcoming smile. The service is a big part of the magic here; the staff isn't just friendly, they are passionate, knowledgeable, and the execution throughout the evening was absolutely flawless. Every single dish that arrived at our table was an innovative work of art, and we had 22 courses. (Without spoiling too much), each bite challenges your senses. The joy of discovery is a huge part of what makes this place so special. For anyone who appreciates creativity and innovation served by a team that clearly loves what they do, Dstage is an absolute must. The o... read more I visited DSTagE with my family on our vacation in Madrid this was our anniversary dinner. The service, presentation, creativity were all beyond reproach. The only thing that was missing was actual tasty food! I went in expecting to be blown away; but of the 22 courses of the meal, only one was genuinely delicious (mushroom soup) and the rest ranged from decent to outright inedible. My wife ended up leaving several dishes on the plate barely touched. Creativity got in the way of actual flavor. But this is FOOD if there's no good flavor, then what's the point?!
