This looks like an old bar with a few tables facing the square. We stopped for lunch while we were strolling through the neighborhood. At the recommendation of the waiter, we tried the Bonito Escabechado and a Solomillo de Cerdo. Both were presented with a basket of bread. The bonito came with roasted peppers and pickled carrots. The pork was sliced very thin and dressed in olive oil and garlic. Both were fantastic. The whole meal was a wonderfully pleasant surprise.
Every time I come to this place I am rewarded with good wine and tapas. It's on the corner of Plaza Guardias de Corps and is a good authentic bar, with a nice terrace and attentive staff. Try it out.
Rudest waiter I've seen in my life, terribly bitter an impolite. Besides, they treat clients as wallets with legs. Literally stinks.
