The place has the furniture of an antique irish pub, but the bar itself is modern, hip and with GREAT service (rare in Madrid). They hace their own beer, great music and ambiance, this is a true bar and a must see in Malasaña.

Walking in and you can tell it used to be an Irish pub,dark wood lined walls, a cool looking serving bar, stuffed animal heads, various bric a brac adorning the walls, it's a cool place. We were here on a Tuesday evening,in fact the bar had just opened for the night so we were about the first customers of the day so we could really appreciate what a great looking bar this is,we were greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of staff who took our order of a vermouth each, these were served in perfect condition, we just chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. I really enjoy vermouth,it makes a nice change from the beer we had been drinking earlier on in the day and on a really hot evening was just so refreshing. We really enjoyed our vermouths in here and although we only stayed for the one drink before we moved on we had a great time. Corazon Bar is really easy to locate on Calle Valverde in the eclectic and vibrant Malasãna neighbourhood which is an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 7pm till 3am. Friday Saturday, 7pm till 3.30am. Sunday,7pm till 3am. A great bar and well worth checking out.

Even tho I considered the drinks quite expensive (that's a reason why I remove them a star probably , the service was nice and quick. It was totally crowded but the bouncer did well not to let enter more people. I might repeat :
