The decor is imaginative and perfect for kids and fans of comic book worlds—it really sets the scene from the moment you walk in. The hostess was incredibly polite and went out of her way to speak to me in English, even though I speak Spanish. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel more welcoming. The food arrived quickly, which was a definite plus. The chicken wings were a highlight—perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and meaty on the inside. The ribs, on the other hand, were a bit of a mixed experience. While the quality of the meat and the marinade were both good, they lacked that fresh-out-of-the-oven feel—perhaps they’d been sitting a little too long before being served, which took away from their full potential. The parque infantil was fantastic—really well thought out. A great space for the younger kids to enjoy while adults relax. Where the restaurant could improve is in staff training—particularly with team members who weren’t waiters. While everyone was friendly, there was a noticeable lack of confidence and understanding when it came to the menu and overall service. I know firsthand how important attitude and enthusiasm are when it comes to creating a great customer experience. That energy and genuine engagement with clients just wasn’t quite there. In summary: great concept, quick service, and delicious wings. Worth a visit, especially with kids—but there’s room to level up in terms of staff engagement and expertise. Regardless of whether this is a stepping-stone role or a first job for some of the younger team members, customer-facing positions still call for a certain level of passion, awareness and professionalism, especially in a themed setting that’s meant to feel lively and immersive.
