It's frustrating to have to place an order 2 hours in advance only for it to not be started until the scheduled pick up time, making me wait an additional 15 minutes. This is particularly disappointing when the restaurant is not busy and has an excess of staff available.

However, my driver Bree was fantastic. Overall, I left feeling unfulfilled by that so-called "big" box.

Unfortunately, half of the tenders were the compacted chicken nugget variety, while the other half were the flaky, long pieces of real chicken that we expected. We ended up giving the compacted ones to our cat. The real chicken tenders were also quite oily and soggy, almost as if they had been cooked in old oil. Additionally, the chicken breasts were the smallest I've ever received from KFC. Since today is a holiday and we've ordered from this location several times before, this was the first time we didn't have a great experience. It's possible they were running low on supplies or short-staffed, which might explain why the oil hadn't been changed. However, I'm not going to hold this one disappointing experience against them.
