The c... read more We ordered the 8-piece chicken bucket that came with potatoes, coleslaw, and cookies, and unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and quite disappointing. The cookies also didn’t taste fresh. Since we live in Prineville, we weren't able to return these items. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning to this KFC. What a letdown.

It's frustrating to have to place an order 2 hours in advance only for it to not be started until the scheduled pick up time, making me wait an additional 15 minutes. This is particularly disappointing when the restaurant is not busy and has an excess of staff available.
