The fella that took our order for some reason assumed we wanted it to go and didn't ask about what sauces were wanted so brought it to the table in a bag and jusy handed it to my husband. I'm pretty sure one piece of my fish wasn't cooked all the way through as it was rubbery. Pretty disappointing.

The toilet was very clean! Gal served our food inside. All staff were very friendly! Thank you, great service!

Two gentlemen were diligently clearing snow from the sidewalks and spreading salt for safety. The restroom was spotless when I visited it. A lady inside took care of serving our food, and all the staff were incredibly friendly! Thank you for the excellent service!

My chicken sandwich was supposed to be honey BBQ, but it was so dry that I couldn’t even take a bite; they just squirted some BBQ sauce on it. To make matters worse, they lost our receipt, which we needed, and it took three staff members to figure it out. On top of that, they had the nerve to question why we wanted a refund… seriously?!
