When you're cruising through Madras trying to reach the Ochocos before dark to find a spot and all that... well.. ya know.. you stop by an A&W sometimes! Anyway... We were a real pain in the butt...we had no idea what we were doing or how to feed the kids or ourselves. The woman who took our order was exceedingly kind and patient. I wish I would have told her manager how great she was... I don't know if that sort of thing matters... but she was that great.

The t... read more Elated we found a food place that we could walk in and use the toilet room and get food. 2 Gentleman shoved the snow from the sideways and laid down salt. The toilet was very clean! Gal served our food inside. All staff were very friendly! Thank you, great service!

My chicken sandwich was supposed to be honey BBQ,... read more I would give this place zero stars if I could! They served me a burnt hot dog with hardly a teaspoon of chili. My chicken sandwich was supposed to be honey BBQ, but it was so dry that I couldn’t even take a bite; they just squirted some BBQ sauce on it. To make matters worse, they lost our receipt, which we needed, and it took three staff members to figure it out. On top of that, they had the nerve to question why we wanted a refund… seriously?!

Two gentlemen were diligently clearing snow from the sidewalks and... read more We were delighted to find a restaurant where we could dine indoors and also use the restroom. Two gentlemen were diligently clearing snow from the sidewalks and spreading salt for safety. The restroom was spotless when I visited it. A lady inside took care of serving our food, and all the staff were incredibly friendly! Thank you for the excellent service!
