Tim Hortons - MADOC
Tim Hortons
Description
Nestled in a bustling area, this restaurant offers a variety of food and drinks, including London Fog Lattes and pastries. However, experiences vary widely. While some guests enjoy positive interactions and quality meals, others encounter disorganization, cold food, and unhelpful staff. Complaints about incorrect orders, poor service, and inadequate restroom facilities detract from the overall experience. The atmosphere often seems affected by stressed management, leading to dissatisfied employees. Despite its potential, improvements in service, food quality, and management could turn this eatery into a more appealing destination for diners.

During my visit to Scarborough & Agincourt, I found that the Tim Hortons there was disappointing as they did not have a ham and cheese sandwich on the menu. As they do not sell ham, I will not be returning to this location during my time in Scarborough. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything and went to McDonald's instead.
The coffee was fresh and hot, and the sandwiches were tasty. This restaurant was a great stop during a long drive. The staff were friendly and cheerful, which was nice to see while they were serving.

Whenever I am traveling on the roads in Canada, this is my go-to place. I adore their coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and timbits. The service is exceptional in most of their locations, I must say.
Were locals and overall the food here is not that bad. I must commend the franchise owner for returning to staying open 24 hours a day at his highway location. This means a lot to everyone including myself. This being said, we generally do not eat in at this location because the place is never very clean. During the afternoon earlier this week the place was quiet inside so we chose to eat in. My wife noted that the table we were sitting at was dirty and needed wiping. She went to the staff and asked for a cloth to wipe the table. The associate gave my wife a dry piece of brown paper towel which she returned with. While smiling she stated not too certain what I am suppose to do with this dry towel before whipping out her trusty bottle of alcohol and blasting the table with it before wiping it off. I said you may wish to use that on the seats, but this was said as a joke since the seats are worn out with the dirty foam rubber inside showing. The seats have been like that for a long time, so not a recent occurrence. At the end of the day it is what it is, Tim Hortons in Madoc Ontario.
