Each cup is freshly ground and they even provide individual silk brand soy milk cream, which is a nice touch. They also have a selection of cold brew options available. This is the perfect spot to grab a decent cup of coffee after 3:00 pm, as Madisonville tends to shut down early. It's rare to find such quality coffee at a service station, let alone with organic options and vegan creamer. They also offer tasty snacks, which is convenient considering the nearest city is about an hour away. The best part is, they are open 24 hours a day. Customers can earn a free coffee by joining Pilot's reward program and simply scanning their card with each purchase. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend stopping by for a cup of joe.
