What User doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
I ordered chicken fingers with fries and hot sauce, and the staff asked me to repeat my order to ensure clarity. Despite the rainy weather making it difficult to hear, she got my order right. However, when I got home, I only received five wings instead of what I ordered. There were no fries and no hot sauce. Out of the five wings, four were flats, and they were quite dry. I had an excellent experience here tonight. The staff member at the drive-thru was extremely friendly. Our food was ready as soon as we reached the window, and we were the only customers there at the time. Everything was perfect. Once again, the service was outstanding! View all feedback.
