Was Dawn White at Wendy's a mag?
I had a great experience with the service; the representative was pleasant and friendly. However, I was disappointed that my fries weren't hot, my frosty was only two-thirds full, and my burger was just warm. View all feedback.

Most of the food tastes good. My kids love the chicken nuggets. They are pretty quick. The service is mostly friendly. I don't think you can order ahead. The drive through speaker is scratchy and hard to hear. It's too cold inside during the summer and the winter.

Fast customer service even at lunch time. Friendly. Excellent 2 for 5 dollar chicken sandwiches (best in the fast food industry)! Fries were good but a bit skimpy for a large size.

I deliver for DoorDash in my spare time, and tonight I had a terrible experience at Wendy’s. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, an older man working there put me on hold. Since there was only one car ahead, I decided to drive up to the window, but he didn’t like that at all and seemed very angry. I showed him my phone and explained I was there to pick up a couple of DoorDash orders. He handed me the first order, but when I mentioned there was a second, he started yelling and cursing at me. I told him to calm down and that I don’t place the orders, I only pick them up. Then he became physically aggressive, threatened to cancel the order, and slammed the window shut after I said I’d call the police if he kept being verbally abusive. He then began serving the car behind me through a second window. I moved my car forward, got out, and asked for his name, but he ignored me. A young woman came out of the dining room minutes later with the order. I asked her for his name again because I was upset about how I was treated but staying calm. She refused and became visibly upset that I wasn’t leaving and was blocking the door. She said I wouldn’t get his name. The situation was escalating, and I felt unsafe, so I called 911 and put the dispatcher on speaker while the woman was there. I explained the employees were acting irrationally. The woman then yelled at the dispatcher and physically threatened me. The older man started approaching, and seeing things were about to get physical, I left immediately. I reported the incident to corporate, DoorDash, and the police. This behavior was completely unacceptable.

We waited more than 20 minutes in line at Wendy's. When we tried to place our order through the drive-thru, they ignored us. Our order was incorrect, and they acted like it was our fault. The woman serving us was extremely rude, even cursing at us with the window closed because of the mistake. As we drove away, she talked back to us and then refused to provide her information so we could file a complaint about her attitude. Her poor customer service is unacceptable, and she does not deserve to work at Wendy's. Despite the variety on the menu, this experience was very disappointing.
