The drive through speaker is scratchy and hard to hear. It's too cold inside during the summer and the winter.

Tonight, they made four mistakes, despite my husband going over the order several times at the drive-thru. Even when we order ahead, things still go awry; on two occasions, we’ve arrived after placing a mobile order only to be told that it had already been picked up. I wouldn't be surprised if they handed over a mobile order to anyone who simply asked for one! The drive-thru wait time is consistently long, even when you're the second car in line. While you might occasionally encounter a friendly employee, such instances are rare. The food is generally decent when they actually get your order right, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1, but once again, the order is never completely accurate.
