Overall, the experience was quite good. However, the website needs to be updated to reflect the current seasonal hours of operation. When it claims to be open when it isn't, customers end up wasting their time and may feel frustrated enough to stay away for a while. Conversely, if it shows that the restaurant is closed when it’s actually open, potential customers might choose to go elsewhere. Inaccurate postings of hours are detrimental to the business in either case.

Great food and incredible staff! I'm regular and eat here every day. The day I missed my bag in the restaurant, they were friendly enough to keep it safe so I could save me a lot of pain. Thank you. You rock:
Metro, the myth, the legend, the sandwich shop of these legends book things. This place is super good and I recommend it to anyone who eats a casual something, I usually go here and it didn't even disappoint me. I appreciate all the work you do to keep your restaurant that way. Get Italian sub-sache and then I love you
Horrible experience! Go somewhere else if ever in a pinch for lunch. The employees here are so rude. They treat paying customers like they are incompetent. They told numerous customers they were ordering wrong and they should order like in a very condescending tone. Never again! I will be contacting management.
