I would highly recommend this subway. service was wonderfully polite very pleasant. the workers alex riva were very friendly and patient with my asking they are extremely sufficient and fast on their service and my sub was really fresh and tasty especially when I noticed that I could see everything and put them together and with my own eyes watching the quality of everything and how delicious everything looked and ho... What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
I would typically give this restaurant a 10 out of 10 for their friendly staff, but today was a different story. The server with the blonde wig was horrible, showing no personality as she carelessly threw together our sandwiches. Her unenthusiastic attitude was very off-putting and not a good representation for the business. View all feedback.
I wouldn't give a star, but it won't leave me, so it's 1. I called 5 times to order the king, maybe they were just busy. then I went in and called again....3 employees served in the front with 2 in the line. No one would answer that phone. that is not possible to run a business and the manager should be held responsible as they also plan.
My husband just picked up two subs and when he got home they were not what he ordered.How does this happen?You have to stand in line and follow your order down the line.People need to pay attention to what they are doing.
The staff does not wear mask during this Covid pandemic, like other restaurant employees do. They also touch other non food items with the same gloves, they touch the food with.
This place has great food for subway, but AVOID CONNIE. She handled my sandwich without washing her hands or changing her gloves from cleaning. She also yelled at a much younger employee, and left her hanging with a line. It took so long to get my sandwich that I actually had to leave and go back to work without eating lunch since I work in the medical field, and get very strict lunch breaks. Seriously I actually WANT people to meet Connie so they know how bad she is for this place. We need people to speak up
I am grateful for the dedicated staff who worked tirelessly during challenging staffing circumstances. Thank you.
