When I requested that they change their gloves, they seemed irritated by my request. Furthermore, one of the staff members neglected to ask for my size, resulting in me inadvertently ordering a size 12, which was not my intention. When I brought this to his attention, he simply shrugged it off. It's disheartening to see such a lack of courtesy and professionalism in so many places these days. If you're not satisfied with your job, it may be worth considering a different career path. Customer service should focus on maintaining friendly and respectful interactions with customers.
