After my first bite, I... read more This location doesn't honor most of the deals available on the app. I ordered a 6-inch sub and a large Coke for pickup and took it home. After my first bite, I could tell it wasn't fresh—the bread was tough and chewy. To make matters worse, when I took a sip of my Coke, I was disappointed to find they had given me Dr. Pepper instead! I filled out their survey to report these issues, but all I received was a generic response apologizing for my experience, with no offer for a refund or a replacement.

When I tried contacting Walmart, the manager treated me very rudely. I won't be returning to either the Subway at that location or Walmart. You've lost a loyal customer. My food still hasn't arrived, and I live just down the street, having only ordered two subs.

But being that a few hours later, I was puking my guts out, maybe less is better. It was the only thing that I ate that day, so there's no doubt what caused the vomiting. I knew that it didn't taste normal, but they are advertising that everything is changing, so I had just assumed that they had changed something. Never have I had this problem before in the hundreds of times that I have had their meatball subs.
