I visited on September 1, 2022, around 3:30 PM. I've been to this restaurant many times, but this time there were two new employees I hadn't seen before. The first thing they mentioned was that it was a crazy day, even though there were only two customers present and no orders waiting on the rack. I ordered a steak and cheese but was informed it would take a while because the steak was frozen. I ended up heading to Firehouse down the road instead. I'm really hoping that this isn't a result of new management or ownership leading to these negative changes. In the past, I've experienced visits where there were five people in line and only one employee, yet they managed to serve us all in a reasonable amount of time. Please, let's not let this location decline.
The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy trying out the new sandwiches.
