The gluten-free crust was delicious, and I noticed the staff changing their gloves while preparing my pizza to avoid cross-contamination. The wait time was a bit longer than I anticipated, and I wouldn’t advise dining at the indoor tables unless the weather is bad. Instead, head outside to enjoy the view! It’s a classic banger of memorial union. Margherita pizza was solid as usual.
They started using pre-made dough, basically flat frozen sheets instead of the hand-rolled they used before. Result is a pretty bland pizza.
Loved the pizza! The barbecue chicken was amazing, it crust is perfectly crunchy! I will be back to try more!
The place is honestly a hit or miss (they mess up orders, sometimes take a really long time to make pizza, and they can burn it too lol) but overall it?s a solid campus dining location. Pro tip: you can substitute an ingredient/topping at no extra charge!
