I've been frequenting this Starbucks for about 3-years now and I gotta say, they keep getting better and better. Props to the manager(s). They've become super friendly and orders are accurate. Keep it up Team Madison!
I come here every week in the summer sometimes 3-4 times. The staff here are wonderful. They are always willing to fix something if it is incorrect, and it does get quite busy here being one of the only Starbucks around in a busy town, but they do theirbest. I will say at some points if you order in store if the mobile app isn?t working or says it is out of something, it takes awhile if it?s busy. Also, sometimes the app is incorrect and I cannot mobile order my drink so I need to go inside. I try to letthem know so they can update it but it?s happened a lot. I can overlook it because they are very nice there.
I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks and am not satisfied with my order. I ordered a small decaf iced coffee and they gave me a decaf hot coffee and when I told them i wanted a decaf iced coffee they said we don 't do decaf iced coffees and we only dodecaf iced merricano (I don 't know how to spell it) and I 've gotten a iced coffee there before which was weird and I asked fora brownie not warmed up and they gave me a brownie warmed up. I also asked for ice and I made the hot coffee a iced coffee. I amnot satisfied starbucks.... do better
The staff does the best they can and are diligent and really friendly, but being one of the few Starbucks on the shoreline they?re often understaffed (esp. in Summer) and overwhelmed by a crazy amount of traffic in the mornings. Doesn?t help everyoneseems to have the most complex order ever which keeps things on the slower side. Recommend that you order ahead in the app andpick up as that is a reliable way to get in and out without a wait.
The restaurant often seems to be out of stock on items, and when I mentioned, "Wow, it seems like you have nothing available," the girl at the counter responded with an attitude. I asked for caffeine-free beverages, but they had none. I then tried to order a ham and cheese croissant that was displayed in the window, but it wasn’t available either. I then chose another item next to it, but that one was also out of stock. I was left wondering why it was still on display if it wasn’t available, Missy with the attitude.
