I was very disappointed with everything even the manager had no compassion! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years i know what it’s like to be short staffed but i also know that i also didn’t have a choice to close my restaurant and take my customers money without doing that . I ordered doordash at 9:15 and my order was canceled due to “short staff” . Which is funny because i had just left the restaurant but decided to door dash more tenders because my kids loved them . Unfortunately my money was taken and order was cancelled.

Again, I don't normally worry about something like this, but this location barely ever serves actual drinks in the drive through. Almost entirely ice. I don't need a refund, I just want this practice of filling the cups entirely with ice to stop. *Original Every time I get breakfast at this location, whoever is filling drinks in the morning does this. Entirely ice, no drink. Normally wouldn't complain, but this literally happens every time I get a drink here at breakfast. I'm not paying for ice. Please sort this out.

My order was entirely incorrect; I ordered a chicken salad, b... read more My husband and I decided to give Jack's a try today, but we were unfortunately quite disappointed. My order was entirely incorrect; I ordered a chicken salad, but it came without the chicken or the ranch dressing. To make matters worse, they also forgot to include a fork in the bag. Since we were pressed for time, it was really frustrating to have to search for a place that provided a fork. I understand that everyone has off days, so I'm giving this place 2 stars because the customer service was good, and the staff were very friendly.
