What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Today at 10:05 a.m. (10/23), we had a terrible experience with one of the staff members on the morning shift who was wearing a black sweatshirt. Upon our arrival, it was clear that a machine vital to 90% of the menu was broken, which is something that happens often. When my mother asked for an espresso, the employee told her that "no espresso would do her any good." What kind of apology is that? We're at Dieucks Coff... View all feedback.
