Ive had 2 peopl... read more I eat here quite frequently and I'm done with it as of last night. Ive had poor service here. Ive had cold food served. Ive had old food served. Ive had 2 people make comments about me while I was standing there. My coworker had a chunk of dirt in her salad. But the cherry on top that made me 100% be done with Sbarro was getting food poisoning from eating their pasta. It's clear they don't partake in proper hygiene practices. And that's just not okay

We arrived shortly after 7 PM excited for some pizza, but to our surprise, there were only two pizzas available, and they had run out of pepperoni. It seemed clear that the manager was not properly managing inventory, especially since the place was empty at the time. When I inquired about making more, the employee was quite rude. Consequently, we decided to eat elsewhere. More than half an hour later, as we were leaving, they still hadn’t made any additional pizzas. The food is excellent when they have it, but the management needs significant improvement.
