Fantastic breakfast! If you like your hash browns extra crispy, they do them the best. Omelets and Bennie’s are fantastic; special shout out to Grace for her wonderful service!

Waitress seemed really against having my kids anywhere near the window. Shame since they're pretty much half the restaurant. Had an indent of her acrylic nail in my pancake which was also just really flaky. Noticed only male staff wear gloves here. Some sort of weird agenda. The furniture had the most personality out of anyone here.

Nick, this review is for you. I’m sure you never read low reviews because you have the emotional intelligence of a goldfish and probably have no drive to better yourself but I hope you see this one. I’m unsure what your problem is but being a bully to customers is not the way to keep a thriving business. It’s really unfortunate that you have the location you do because it’s likely the only reason you have customers. I think it would be good if you took a vacation or maybe thought about a different career opportunities because the way you’re conducting yourself is not appropriate, nor is it professional. Please get help for your horrible attitude and think about the way you treat others. I hope I never see you again.

If you’re in the mood for good eggs Benedict, then you should definitely go to any of the literal 200 other places in the Madison area with a good eggs benny because the dining experience at Jet Room will ruin your day. Bad service and bad management. The owner (Nick, I think) seems like the sort of guy that would steal a foul ball from a 6 year old at a Brewer game.

I was there today and witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen. There was a young woman with 3 kids and what looked like her mom and the server and owner Nick couldn’t have been more rude to them. These kids weren’t being out of control by any means, just a family out enjoying their Saturday morning. They were treated like third class citizens. If you’re thinking of coming here with a family (which seems like a good idea) I’d steer very clear. At least I will be when deciding where to bring my kids for a fun brunch.
