I inquired about the dish closest to Mongolian beef, as they don’t offer samples here. Instead of answering my question directly, the manager let one of his employees search for the answer for about a minute before finally addressing his employee. While I appreciate the importance of maintaining efficiency, management should still interact with customers in a courteous manner.

Unfortunately, they were out of both white and brown rice, and the teriyaki chicken I ordered was overcooked. When I asked for a knife to cut it, I was told there were none available. Additionally, a woman wanted to sit in a booth, but the table was cluttered with equipment. Despite this experience, I plan to return in hopes of a better visit next time.

I used to dine here frequently without any issues, but during my recent visits, I've been informed of a “7-minute” wait and instructed to park while they bring my food to me. Each time, I've ended up waiting for 20 minutes before having to go inside to track down my order, which is always cold by the time I get home. I recommend avoiding this place until they improve their customer service.

(I try to plan my lunches with their opening time as I work down the road. This location is full of teenagestaff that do nothing but play around and not take their job serious. I love panda express but will never get it from thislocation.

I asked what the closest thing to Mongolian beef was (because they do not offer any samples at this location) and manager didn't answer, insteadlet his employee try to find the answer to my question for a minute before he finally responded directly to his employee. I?mall for running a tight ship, however management does still need to deal with the public in a friendly manner.
