The Sweet Chili Red Snapper was a standout dish, featuring crispy and tender pieces of fish with a delightful sweet and spicy sauce. I usually enjoy whole fish but prefer not to deal with the hassle of eating it in a restaurant, so this dish was perfect for me. The Volcano Pork Shank (Osso Bucco Style) was a chef special that did not disappoint - the pork was tender and fell off the bone, with a spicy kick. If you can't handle the heat, make sure to request a milder version. The Thai Iced Tea and Lychee Iced Tea were both refreshing and I appreciated the dairy-free option of the Lychee version. I also ordered a Shrimp Pad See Ew to go, which was delicious and not too sweet or salty. The noodles held up well even when eaten the next day. The only downside was that there were only 4 jumbo shrimp in the dish - I would have preferred more smaller shrimp for a better shrimp-to-noodle ratio. The service was excellent and we will definitely return if we are in the area again.

When we went to pay, I was adjusting my tip to $10 because our experience was awful. Honestly, the server didn't deserve any tip at all, but they insisted on a minimum of 15%. I would have been happy to give $100 if the place, food, and service were great. If there was a zero rating option, I would have chosen that. Service: Dine-in.
