There always seems to be a long line, sometimes even into the street. I understand there are rush times depending on the time of day, (I've worked in a coffee shop before) but it could still be a little faster.

He ended up bringing the dr... read more Went to the drive thru this morning, there was a very long line into the street. Scott the GM came out to the car to take our order. He ended up bringing the drinks to us and not charging us for them because we had to wait so long. It was such a pleasant surprise. We were on our way to clean my sister’s apartment because she recently died. So it was an emotional day and this was a really nice gesture that started the day out on a positive and gracious note. Just wanted to say thank you to Scott for his kindness, and how much it meant. The coffee was great too :
