They were closed on my first attempt to visit, and today when I tried to place an online order, I found that in-store pickup was unavailable. The concept is fantastic and the food is tasty, but it's concerning that they are having trouble keeping staff. It's crucial to offer better pay and treat employees with respect to ensure the business is well-staffed.

When we got home, one pizza ha... read more I usually enjoy Mod Pizza, but my experience tonight was frustrating. We ordered three pizzas and some no-name cakes for takeout. When we got home, one pizza had barely any cheese, another was missing the green peppers and black olives that were listed on the receipt, and the third was burnt. To make matters worse, the staff placed our cakes on top of the hot pizzas. When we arrived to pick up our order, they were already closing down and stacking chairs, making it hard for customers to find a place to sit at just 5:45 PM. This level of service is not what I expect from Mod. I think I'll stick to the location in Sun Prairie next time.

I really like the concept—being able to mix and match toppings in a simple, straightforward way that's easy to grasp on your first visit. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived cold and undercooked in the center. I’m not a fan of raw dough, so maybe that’s just my preference. In my experience, pizzas cooked quickly often don’t get thoroughly cooked all the way through. Great idea, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. The Greek salad was outstanding, featuring a delicious homemade herb dressing that beautifully enhanced the generous mix of veggies and feta. The friendly and attentive staff checked in twice to ensure everything was satisfactory. It truly was, and we’ll definitely be returning!
