Got the set menu plus reserve wine pairing. Found the service to be very nice and staff friendly and attentive. The ambiance was nice as well. As a local from Madison, I think for a restaurant in Madison it?s not bad since there?s not much competition as a big fish in a small pond for a gastro restaurant fine dining but I feel like it lacks many elements in quality and taste. Tory Miller does an extraordinary job of representing Madison WI on the world culinary stage through the lense of his own background. This isn't fusion it's authentic Madison cuisine and it's done to absolute perfection. Shout out to sommelier Michael whose wine pairings are ALWAYS impeccable.
