The dining area is closed, and if you decide to eat in your car, there are no trash bins nearby, which means you have to leave your trash on the ground. On the bright side, the food is pretty good.

I ordered chicken and mashed potatoes, but unfortunately, one whole container of gravy spilled in my bag, and I wasn't informed about it. When I arrived at my mom's house, I found a mess and was short one gravy. Additionally, the staff at the drive-thru window were not very friendly, and the lobby was closed.

I had stopped visiting this restaurant because the food didn't meet KFC's standards, the service was poor, and the staff was rude. However, I decided to give it another chance last night, taking a risk. When I placed my order, the staff asked me questions to ensure everything was correct. Is this the same place I used to visit? It felt different! When I drove up to the window, the employee repeated my order with a smile and inquired if I needed anything else. My order was 100% accurate, and I received my food in just 30-45 seconds after arriving at the window. I was half-expecting something to be wrong, so I opened my box to check. To my surprise, everything was correct, hot, and delicious! I will definitely be returning. Excellent service!
