We used to love Kato's at the east towne mall in Madison, Wi, have not been there since before covid though. We finally stopped to eat at Kato's last night, pure garbage now. The food was tasteless (bourbon chicken, sesame chicken, Tsaos chicken, rice and noodle). Half of the sesame chicken was just breading, no chicken inside. This place has been serving me for over 15 years great food and great service can not be expressed enough.
Didn't have the Cajun fried rice I was looking for but everything else was pretty tasty
