They were superb.Had bought pastry when they were at our church a few years ago. Vast improvement At that time they were using too much sugar. changed for the better. Now the sweets are perfectly balanced and the Cheesy buns were a perfect balance of texture and cheese flavor. Yum.

Based on my experiences I can't say this program has the best interest of their participants in mind, the program appears to be more interested in its own succe... read more Based on my experiences I can't say this program has the best interest of their participants in mind, the program appears to be more interested in its own success than that of the individuals they serve.Carmella failed to return communications when informed that we were looking to match a number of their participants to open positions for which they'd be a great fit.The concept here is great unfortunately my experiences with them have been poor at best and a reflection of the desired end result which I don't believe serve the needs of their participants.
