Ihop - Madison

This ihop hadn't had enough personal last time. we wondered if they were going out of business. it is now under new management and everything was great. it was busy, but we just waited a few minutes to take a place. service was great and eating was good.

Food was really good! me and my mom stopped by for brunch. i got avacado toast and eggs and my mom got an omelette and pancakes. the omelette was huge and so good (i had to get a bite because it looked so good) the server was so sweet and was always checking on us to make sure we were good! he got us everything we needed and asked for! can’t remember his name though!

Very horrible experience. Since pre pandemic, good services and good customer service. Now in post pandemic, quality is so poor… I’m not even expecting much, but this was bad.. My food did not come out together, the waiter forgot what we ordered after she written it all down. Order was incorrect, our pancakes were tearing apart, at times I thought the waiter forgot about us. The water given to me taste like toilet water, not that I know what toilet water is but anyway.

We decided to eat our breakfast before going tl work. we seated quickly and served our coffee and food hot! tres leches pancake are soooo gooooood. friendly people there! we def coming back!

Been waiting 25 minutes for a DoorDash order. A walk-in customer that was here when I arrived is waiting too. There are about 8 customers here. This is disgraceful. I won't be eating here or picking up dashes from here again.
