It was our oldest so... read more We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our server, Mikeyla, was fantastic—very polite, courteous, patient, and accommodating with our three kids. It was our oldest son’s 14th birthday, and he had a wonderful time. The staff sang Happy Birthday to him, and he even got to take some pictures with them. The food was delicious overall. It was a great experience that left us eager to return again soon.

We arrived at 8:30 PM, and there were only... read more My daughter was in the mood for wings, and since Buffalo Wild Wings was closed, we decided to go to Hooters instead. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and there were only five other customers in the restaurant. Our waitress, Erika, took over ten minutes to come to our table to take our drink order. When another gentleman walked in, she immediately went to assist him instead. I even noticed another waitress resting her head peacefully on the counter. After we received our food, we had to wait an additional five minutes for silverware. The service was extremely lacking, and we waited over ten minutes for our bill after we stood up at our table.

We arrived and were seated quickly in an almost empty restaurant, but it took our waitress nearly 20 minutes just to take our drink order. About 30 minutes after receiving our drinks, she finally took our food order. Another 45 minutes passed before our food arrived, and it was far from impressive. The boneless wings were lukewarm and definitely not worth the long wait. Despite the poor service, we chose not to complain and just wanted to leave. We should have taken the hint earlier when the table next to us waited almost 30 minutes for a to-go box and to pay their bill. We paid our bill in full and left a tip, even though it clearly wasn’t deserved. Our waitress didn’t even bother to pick up the check, and as we were leaving, she called out “have a good night” from the bar where she had been chatting away. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

We arrived right at o... read more The food at Hooters was excellent, particularly the traditional wings. However, I was quite let down by the cleanliness of the restaurant. We arrived right at opening, and the front doors were covered in noticeable fingerprints. The floor hadn’t been properly swept, and the restroom had an unpleasant smell. On the plus side, our server was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, another customer made me feel uncomfortable; he was sitting alone with just water and kept approaching the food pick-up area to talk to a young server who seemed visibly uneasy. Management didn’t step in. While I enjoyed the food, the lack of cleanliness and the unsettling presence of this individual make me reluctant to return to this location.

Our s... read more The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. I felt sorry for the two girls who were serving us, as they were the only ones working that day. Our server mentioned that the manager had sent the rest of the staff home. Despite the short staff, our server was sweet, kind, and enjoyable to talk to. To make her day, I even offered to do a somersault! I highly recommend this place for its excellent food and great service.
