The pizza at Greenbush seems to have declined in quality, with burnt and tough crusts not living up to their former excellence. Despite a good sauce, small toppings and higher prices leave much to be desired, earning it a lackluster rating. However, loyal patrons rave about the fantastic thin-crust pizza and charming atmosphere, with quality ingredients and local beers making it a must-visit spot in Madison. Recent improvements, such as a new drink menu and the return of dine-in service, indicate efforts to regain former glory. With delicious food and friendly staff, Greenbush remains a solid choice for pizza lovers.

PSA: Greenbush Dine-in is back and we couldn't get excited anymore!!! (Check their website for details) They just come back to the in-person meal, and some of the staff are still a bit new, but everyone was friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. The pizza was as good as ever, easy some of the best in Madison!! Delicious food, great pizza, friendly staff and a great bar. Can't wait back!
Been awhile, treats GF and nephew to pizza, awesome pizza for safe .. luv thin crust and build my own toppings, unique local beers How many things now days, it was quite expensive .. it will awhile before we go again Great service, thank you!

This restaurant is a must-visit while in Madison. It is a fantastic local pizza place with a bar. They offer a wide selection of bourbon and many other options.
The pizza here is fantastic! It's the best pizza I've had. While the service may have been a bit confused at times, I still highly recommend this place to anyone.
