Was Travis Coulter at Graze a mag?
I’d like to start by praising the front-of-house staff—our waitress was amazing, and every waiter I encountered was equally fantastic. The team was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive. Overall, I thought the food was outstanding, especially the 'chicken and pickles,' which is actually a delicious chicken and waffle dish. I also enjoyed the homemade lemonade and the specialty non-alcoholic drinks. The dess... View all feedback.
What jay dislikes about Graze:
Nice location, but the menu is too basic for being so small. It was really hard to decide what to order and what I got was pretty plain. I honestly can’t even tell you what I ordered, it was that insignificant. I was excited to check this place out, but doubt I’ll be back. The place is a little too dark inside too. View all feedback.
The Thai Style Kohlrabi Salad was a refreshing highlight, featuring crunchy kohlrabi and long beans paired beautifully with succulent sea scallops and sweet cherry tomatoes. The tamarind vinaigrette provided a zesty kick, making each bite a vibrant explosion of taste. Next came the Spiced Delicata Squash, roasted to perfection. Its natural sweetness was enhanced by a cranberry gastrique and rich Gran Cru Gruyère. Adding an unexpected twist, the Thai basil meringue elevated this dish to a whole new level. We then indulged in the Butter Mountain Potatoes. These creamy whipped potatoes beautifully complemented the braised lamb, with the savory combination getting a boost from the celeriac puree and roasted veggies. Each bite delivered an enchanting mix of textures—smooth and fluffy, then tender and crisp. The Graze burger is a masterpiece of juicy delight, featuring a three-meat patty, caramelized onions, and gooey Swiss compound butter, all tucked inside a sesame duck fat bun. Every bite was sheer perfection. And let’s not overlook the fries! Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, generously seasoned, I found it impossible to resist them. For dessert, Graze's pavlova took the spotlight. A crisp meringue nest held tantalizing cherry sorbet, almond cream, and tart lemon curd, while almond brittle added the ideal crunch. Every mouthful was a harmonious blend of sweet and tangy—truly an edible masterpiece. Throughout the evening, service at Graze was outstanding. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, providing thoughtful recommendations and ensuring our experience was seamless. Their warm approach made us feel right at home, enhancing our overall enjoyment. Graze went above and beyond all my expectations. With innovative dishes and stellar service, it was a wonderful celebration of culinary creativity. This restaurant skillfully crafts a tapestry of flavors and textures, leaving you eager to return for more.
I started my meal with the house-made lavender-infused lemonade, which I had spiked with Tanqueray Gin. It was incredibly refreshing. For my main course, I enjoyed a grass-fed NY strip steak topped with a compound butter made from caramelized onion and blue cheese, drizzled with aged balsamic. On the side, I had garlic butter mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts drizzled with bacon and hot honey. The steak was packed with flavor, perfectly tender, and cooked exactly to my request of rare. For dessert, I indulged in four freshly baked, gooey chocolate-chip cookies sprinkled with flaky sea salt, accompanied by a glass of 2% milk. I highly recommend this place. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and providing service with a smile.
