The food has improved recently. Definitely give the hush puppies a try! The barbecue is consistently great. However, they could use more staff and extend their hours.
I enjoyed curbside service, and my hamburger steak was delicious. The coleslaw, fries, and roll were great as well!
I visited for lunch and found the place to be quite busy. I was disappointed to notice that there was only one server handling the entire restaurant—taking orders and clearing tables. I felt bad for her; she was working incredibly hard, but it would have been much better if they had more staff on hand.
