I was not given my food, and my order is wrong every time I order from here. The people here are rude, and not nice to the customers. I called to ask why I wasn?t given my all of the items I had payed for, and they were of no help. They were rude and gave me no further instructions. I have gotten a refund after spending my own time effort to find out how to get my money back. I do like this place, but the workers need to learn how to treat a customer and how to do their job. It should not be every time I oder from here that something is wrong. Do not order from here.

The donuts looked great, but after waiting 20 minutes at the counter without any acknowledgment, I had to leave empty-handed. It was clear that the drive-thru customers were their priority.

My coff... read more As a Dunkin' Rewards member and regular customer, this is the best Dunkin' I’ve ever visited. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and cheerful. My coffees are consistently made perfectly (which, if you’re a Dunkin’ fan, you know isn’t always the case). Mistakes rarely happen, but when they do, the team is understanding and resolves the issue promptly. Every visit here continues to impress me!
