I was really looking forward to enjoying the delicious vanilla custard with ribbons of rich caramel and whole pecans, just like the poster suggested. Unfortunately, what I received was a mixture of ground-up pecans and caramel blended into the custard, which was quite disappointing. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, she informed me that this is how they are instructed to prepare the flavor of the day, even though I've had the same flavor at other Culver's locations where they used whole pecans, just as the poster shows. I've visited this location several times, and there have always been issues. There were instances when I arrived well before closing time, only to find the restaurant closed, but I refrained from leaving a negative review. This time, however, was the last straw. I’m sorry, but Culver's really needs to get this location back on track!

There might be a reading comprehension issue or something else going on, because by the time they bring out the rest of my order, the food is cold and the ice cream has melted. Management really needs to address this problem; it’s been happening for a while now, and I can't be the only one experiencing it.

I was pleased to finally receive a tomato that truly deserved the name, along with two flavorful and generously-sized pickles. The burgers were delicious, but unfortunately, the Gluten Free bun fell apart completely after just a few bites, which created quite a mess. As a result, I had to eat in my car in the parking lot instead of being able to continue my journey. You were so close to perfection! Please consider finding a new supplier for your buns!
