Chocolaterian Cafe’s Leanne made their name making various confectioneries and sure enough the cafe store has candy, chocolates, cookies and pastries on sale. However i ended up there wanting to try their hot chocolate and discovered some really good warm food served throughout the day i believe but really great for breakfasts and brunches.

I chose a parisy hot chocolate, which was deliciously rich, dark, chocolate and smooth. Perfect to get at a cold blue afternoon when they need a little sugary pick-up! I bought a couple of things to go to the house, one is the badger bait with peanut butter. it was a delectable smaller size length of brownie with not too sweet peanut butter butter butter cream, and covered in a delicious chocolate goose with an erdnus covered. Amazing! I have to go back to lunch because the warm and quiche gardens from the kitchen were heavenly.

The Chocolaterian came highly recommended by everyone I know that has been there and it certainly did not disappoint. We stopped there after dinner across the street at Tex Tubbs Taco Palace(equally as good-see my previous reviews) and the only problem was finding the room to eat dessert after all of the chips tacos Tubbs. That feeling quickly disappeared after viewing the display cases with all of the chocolate delights. I don't think there is a wrong choice here, and based on the comments of the 4 friends I was with, pretty sure I am correct. I had heard raves on the Flourless Chocolate Cake and 3 of the 5 of us ended up ordering a slice that was worth every penny...read more
