Keep a close eye on your food order! An employee, before wrapping our burrito order, pushed down garbage into an overflowing trash bin with gloves on, then proceeded to keep on the same gloves to touch and wrap our burrito order and two others. Chipotle has really deteriorated recently. The rice is often hard and appears undercooked. The guacamole and lettuce were both brown, and the chips were stale. This location used to be excellent, but it has rapidly declined. To make things worse, the ice was dirty, with debris floating in my water. As an unwanted surprise during this visit, I even discovered a mysterious bug on the lettuce, which I took a picture of!

If I was rating this location based on in person ordering alone, it would get a 5. But ordering through the app sucks. I don't know why they give you the option to customize your order in the app (light rice, extra beans, etc) when they ALWAYS ignorethose instructions anyways.

I went five years ago and got horrible food poisoning. I went last week with a friend and it was fine. I went yesterday and I got horrible food poisoning again. I've learned my lesson. It was so busy when I went I don't even want to comment on it, butthe food station didn't seem particularly cleanly. Lots of foods that could be expired (sour cream, meats, etc.... Smeared overthe prep counter that everyone's food makes contact with. Thank you to all the employees for working so hard and speedily????????????
