Chili's Grill - Madison

The waitress was the best EVER!! After 30 years in business, she was by far the happiest person I've ever met! I would earn someone an increase... she does!!!

Good chili. The chicken was not excessively warm, but everything had a good taste. Would try again.

Wrong order every time. Something's always gone. I even had to go in to get a arrest warrant because no one has brought it out. It was cold on the shelf when I arrived. I don't understand how online orders can be messed up every time. Besides, their phones are constantly busy even if they want you to call when you lock up. Stores 0 stars for 3 errors on 3 orders.

I order Chili's To-Go quite often and every single time something is wrong with my order. Today was the last straw for me... I pulled up to get my lunch order and instead of it being brought out curbside, the person working stood at the door waving my order and gesturing for me to get out and get it...Upon receiving my order, once again it was wrong. I went inside to get it corrected and instead of the person fixing it, they challenged me stating that they put the item in the bag. This is unacceptable and I will not return! This location is convenient to my home and if I don't cook I prefer casual dining over fast food... After many poor experiences with Chili's To-Go I just can't continue to waste my time and money at this establishment. I hope you guys adhere to the many reviews given on a poor experience and take ownership of your brand and product. Peace!

Placed my order online to-go. Ordered a Quesadilla Explosion Salad, no tomatoes and black bean salsa on the side. Got: salsa on the salad AND tomatoes and no tortilla strips. Hmm... do people READ anymore?!
