Burgers Blues Barbecue Madison

We do not regret getting off of I-55 in Madison to eat here. It is very much worth it!The brisket was the best I have ever had and the same could be said for the pulled pork nachos.There were so many menu items we wanted to try that we will have to stop in again next time we are passing through.

My husband and I had breakfast at this restaurant twice while we were in the area a couple of weeks ago. The first day, everything was perfect - perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, and biscuits. However, the second day (with a different chef), I decided to try the waffles and they tasted like they had been pre-cooked and reheated. They were lukewarm, not appetizing at all, and very chewy. I informed the waitress about my disappointment and while she offered something else or a credit for our next visit, we were in a hurry and had to leave. It's surprising that with so many waffle options on the menu, they couldn't cook them fresh. Overall, my husband's meals were okay.

My wife got the wrong order, but she was alright with that. Was going to brush the toppings off and add what we had at home. Opened up her burger and there was plastic inside of the burger.Usually they are pretty good, but they dropped the ball twice. I don’t know why so many people have left good reviews, I’ve given this place a couple of chances, but they mess it up and drop the ball every time.Over pricedFood is mid qualityUsually cooks it fast (because there are hardly any customers)

Where to start? Barry Street and his team have created a don 't miss dining experience. Seriously, if you are in the Madison, MS area, or you are just passing through the state, you have to schedule a stop here (try the Highway 61 burger! . Everything on the menu is delicious and the pride and attention to detail that arrives with each plate placed on your table shines. Whether you are dining in, enjoying their outdoor dining or grabbing a sackful of burgers via their takeout, you will enjoy BBB and you will want to come back to experience some delicious food and a dazzling experience!

I love this place. One of the few restaurants that have chick fil a customer service. The food is really good as well. I would frequent more if they had more options on the menu but every time I have been has been a great experience. Their breakfast is also really good. Chicken and waffles are very tasty and they give a pretty good portion. They also let you accumulate points for more savings. Hope they never leave Madison.
