I love bambu and have been going there for years. My go to drink is always the fruit addict. But my order today had rotten logans inside my fruit addict. It ruined the whole drink I had to toss my $9 drink in the garbage. I wouldn’t be complaining but that’s a $9 drink that I expect it to be good. They don’t offer refunds either. So if you can’t chose between bambu or Starbucks, I now rather spend money at Starbucks... View all feedback.
I found my new comfort drink. I’m a fan of chai, but this changed my life. I will drive the 2 hours each way to Madison from my house to get this drink. It’s phenomenal. I got chai milk tea with brown sugar and boba. Please. Try it. It will change your life???

This past weekend was my first time trying bambu and it was very tasty. I had the bambu special very refreshing and yummy and reasonable price. Customer service was very good. Planning to stop by again if I had errand or stuff to do in madison.
My daughters and I went here yesterday and the girls absolutely loved their drinks and my coffee was probably the best coffee I've ever had.
The staff here is super friendly and the tea is great! Tons of unique items I look forward to trying.
