Finally we got a starter and order our food, but after our food we got what was wrong when we got it anyway. we just wanted the manager not to apologize for getting better next time. Don't go there, eat was awfully amusing. only bad apples were always sad.

I will not come back. oh and a host changed his dresses on the parking lot then sat next to us eating with other servers. talk business..semi negatiw.

Finally after 4 settle down I ordered a simple southwest garnel dish. I was told that was ready to eat in 12 minutes. I arrived 12 minutes later and sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes. I called him twice to see what was going on and was hanged twice. I went to culvers. just 5 minutes waiting. Thank you. I will stick to the applebees in janesville, where they are very appealing.

The good: The food was delicious and any issues with my meal were resolved without argument or debate. The restaurant was clean and anyone who left after eating... read more The good: The food was delicious and any issues with my meal were resolved without argument or debate. The restaurant was clean and anyone who left after eating the staff quick to clean the area. The bad: The restaurant is severely understaffed and itseems anyone outside of the kitchen is in management. I 've overheard waiter complaining to each other about working 14hr daysthe last few day. I believe this completely especially since I witnessed who I would assume is the manager seating people,answering phone calls, processing bill payments and working the bar. I didn 't have the same person twice help me so I have noidea who I tip. I can obviously see these people are doing they 're very best to serve everyone and provide a great experiencebut the service definitely suffers when there are only 4 people working the floor. The food: I placed my order and got my mealquite quickly actually, problem was the shrimp on my burban chicken and shrimp was cold. It took me waving my arms into the airto get someone 's attention. I was hoping they would just take the shrimp or bring me some when the shrimp was made but they tookmy whole plate. I waited about 15min to have my meal returned but I cannot say it was not delicious when it arrived. I even hada few bites of my chicken beforehand and they brought me a whole new plate. This is an excellent location to order takeout. I doappreciate the fact they are welcoming customers inside.
