They’re hiring nothing but kids and the kids really don’t care about the job. It’s jus a paycheck. Prices going up but portion size is going down. They give you lesser spaghetti lesser wings now but the prices are going up. The managers are just as bad. The kitchen staff will throw anything on your plate and send it out to you as far as to go plates. I’ve tried to speak to a manager but she didn’t speak to me. But if you like to see drunk cave ppl performing and doing karaoke then that’s the place to be? Parking: Parking lot is a mess. Very rough and ragidy. Needs to be paved.

I ordered honey garlic wings with mild sauce on the side, but they forgot the mild sauce. They informed me there was a glitch and that the manager, Tiffany, supposedly addressed the order. So, I had to drive 20 minutes back to retrieve it. When I finally looked at the wings, I noticed there was hardly any honey and no garlic, as you can see in the picture. The receipt clearly shows my order as well. I didn’t call back because I’m sure I’d receive the same response: it’s their mistake, but I have to return to sort it out. I guess it’ll just be plain $20 wings for dinner. ?

Pizza dough is undercooked, tomatoes straight out of a can one is solid/hard and the size of a ping pong ball, artichokes also straight out of a jar and taste l... read more Pizza dough is undercooked, tomatoes straight out of a can one is solid/hard and the size of a ping pong ball, artichokes also straight out of a jar and taste like it (heavy vinegar), supposed to be 11 and it's not, didn't use a mix of cheeses and have a solid/stringy slab that's hard to pull the slices apart without pulling the toppings off part skim and whole milk mozzarella mix is the key. Sry helped a friend start and run a pizzeria before), slices weren't even cut all the way.The little pizza dough bites were good though, I'll give em that. But $30 after a tip, I'll pass next time.
